1.Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta:

Ingredients:


. 2 cups of fresh spinach

.1 cup of sliced mushrooms

.2 tablespoons of butter

.1 garlic clove, minced

.1/4 cup of heavy cream

.1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

.Salt and pepper to taste

.2 servings of your favorite

zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles)

Instructions:


1.Cook your pasta according to the package instructions.


 2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.


3.Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.


4.Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are soft and slightly browned.


5.Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.


6.Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

.1/4 cup of pine nuts

.1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

.1 garlic clove, minced

.1/4 cup of olive oil

.Salt and pepper to taste

.2 servings of your favorite .

keto-friendly pasta (such as zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles)

Instructions:


1.Cook your pasta according to the package instructions.

2.In a food processor, pulse together the spinach, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.

3.While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil until the pesto is smooth and well combined.

4.Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl and toss with the spinach pesto.
